The location of Residence Inn By Soho is fantastic, just minutes from the CN Tower and nearby subway access, making it easy to explore Toronto. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities along with an electric kettle, allowing for cozy mornings. However, there were significant issues during my stay. The heating and cooling system was frustrating, regulated by the building even though individual room controls existed. my room often felt warm. Additionally, light switches were confusing, with one controlling lights in separate rooms. I also encountered a major inconvenience when the microwave broke on my first day, although they did replace it promptly the next day. Lastly, the comforters had visible stains, which should be addressed for better guest satisfaction.

absolutley suprised by the lack of clean towels, it's not like they cost a fortune to provide! i was expecting something special, maybe a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience? instead, i got treated like any old guest, how rude!

It was just a nice choice for a quick weekend visit in Toronto with fantastic value. I loved having an electric kettle in my room for making tea in the mornings. Make sure to check the water pressure before settling in. it can fluctuate a bit.

Needs Serious Improvements

Severe water outage during our stay made a stressful experience for our family. Management's lack of communication was disappointing. Offered no alternatives or refunds despite a week of maintenance notifications provided a day in advance.
